Where to start? I came into your clinic on the 5th of January after not feeling well for about 10 days. I came in and within 30 mins, Dr Andy Van Horn had diagnosed that I had a very bad Pneumonia. He and his staff were absolutely incredible in their response. I had no idea how sick I was. Dr Van Horn called Emory and informed them I would be their shortly, gave me notes on the medication he administered for which I was to give the ER doctor, and stressed the urgency of the situation. All this being said, the staff at North Atlanta Urgent Care- specifically, Dr Van Horn, without any doubt, saved my life. Thank you hardly covers it.

I usually don't write reviews or give feedback. However, I just wanted to let everyone, on staff at the North Atlanta Urgent Care facility, know that today was my first visit there and I couldn't have asked for better care. Even when I called to confirm that you all accepted walk-ins, I was greeted over the phone by someone who was very friendly. I came in first thing this morning and only had to wait 10-15 minutes. The nurses that you have on staff are great! I felt like the patient service was excellent and honest in the treatment I needed. I felt like a person rather than a burden. The way you treat your patients goes a long long way. So, I just want to say thank you. You are doing an excellent job and it should be acknowledged. I will definitely recommend this facility to others.

I just wanted to write a note appreciation for the great medical care given. I came to the Urgent Care office not feeling well. I had went to see my Primary Care Physician, however he was not in, and the attending nurses refused to assist me, because he was not in, nor did they offer to assist me with help getting to another facility.
After signing in, at North Atlanta Urgent care, and informing the medical staff of my symptoms, I was able to see a doctor in less than 10 minutes. My attending physician not only explained my diagnosis ( hypertension) but kept me in Urgent Care trying to get it under control.
I have never been to visit a doctor who was so thorough, explained in great detail and offered general concern for my health. North Atlanta Urgent Care treated me better than my current physician! I have no desire to return to my current PCP.
