Scheduling Your
COVID-19 Drive Thru Test

How Do I Schedule A COVID Test?

Please read the following instructions VERY CAREFULLY:

  1. In order to schedule a COVID test, please read these instructions then click the large blue button below which will forward you to our scheduling system.
  2. You will be asked if you are an existing patient. If you are a new patient looking to schedule a swab, choose the "NO" option then click "Next". The "existing patient" option is for patients who have already made an appointment and want to make another appointment.
  3. Read the disclaimer VERY CAREFULLY. It will specify that this scheduler is for registration purposes only and the selected time is NOT your actual drive-thru appointment time. It is only to secure the DAY that you're coming in. Again, please read the disclaimer carefully. Click "agree", then click "Next"
  4. Choose the Reason as "COVID", then add whatever details you wish to inform the doctor about, and click "Next."
  5. Click the location you wish to visit and choose the provider, then click "Next".
  6. Click on the day you wish to come in for your swab test. Keep in mind that the specific time on the right does NOT mean the exact time you will come in for the test. It is simply an allotted slot for our registration purposes ONLY! You will be given a time to come to the clinic by your doctor via the telemedicine visit. The DAY matters, the TIME does not. Then click "next".
  7. Verify the info is correct on the screen. If it isn't then please adjust the info and then click "Next".
  8. To complete the booking, insert your information, insurance info (if you don't have insurance, choose "Self Pay"), then click "Complete Booking".
  9. You will now receive a confirmation email & a confirmation text.

    It will read as follows: "The time slot you have chosen was to secure the appointment for the day you chose and we will assign a swabbing time after the virtual visit. As a reminder, our process is as follows, the day of your appointment, we will verify your insurance or call to collect payment if you are a cash patient. You will receive a link on your cell phone for a virtual visit with our provider sometime after 8:00 am on the day you booked your appointment. Our calls for virtual visits are generally between 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays & 10am to 4pm on weekends. During that virtual visit, you will be assigned a time to come in for your swabbing appointment between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm at the location where you booked your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE BUILDING, YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOU FOR A DRIVE-THRU SWAB BY THE PROVIDER DURING YOUR VIRTUAL VISIT. If there are any issues with your insurance verification, we will notify you via phone."
  10. After reading the confirmation text & email, await the link on your cell phone.
  11. After being contacted by the doctor, attending the virtual visit, being swabbed, and leaving the clinic, you will be contacted by our staff via telephone to give you your results. If you need an email as proof of results, please let our staff know and we can provide an email for you.

The team at Atlanta Urgent Care is still available for help via telephone, but we please ask that you read the above instructions very carefully before calling in. Due to very high call volume, you may not be able to reach us over the phone, therefore, please read the above instructions carefully and use our online scheduler by clicking on the blue button below.

We schedule one day at a time & open up the calendar at after 5pm on the day prior.
If you do not see any appointments, then we are booked up. Check again at 5pm.
