"I just wanted to write a note appreciation for the great medical care given. I came to the Urgent Care office not feeling well. I had went to see my Primary Care Physician, however he was not in, and the attending nurses refused to assist me, because he was not in, nor did they offer to assist me with help getting to another facility. After signing in, at North Atlanta Urgent care, and informing the medical staff of my symptoms, I was able to see a doctor in less than 10 minutes. My attending physician not only explained my diagnosis ( hypertension) but kept me in Urgent Care trying to get it under control. I have never been to visit a doctor who was so thorough, explained in great detail and offered general concern for my health. North Atlanta Urgent Care treated me better than my current physician! I have no desire to return to my current PCP. Thanks for outstanding care!"
"I just wanted to say how wonderful it was to be treated so promptly and professionally today at your clinic. Previous experiences in the ER room have not always fared so well! I am feeling much better already. I will definitely let other people know about your facility. Thanks once again."
"I usually don't write reviews or give feedback. However, I just wanted to let everyone, on staff at the North Atlanta Urgent Care facility, know that today was my first visit there and I couldn't have asked for better care. Even when I called to confirm that you all accepted walk-ins, I was greeted over the phone by someone who was very friendly. I came in first thing this morning and only had to wait 10-15 minutes. The nurses that you have on staff are great! I felt like the patient service was excellent and honest in the treatment I needed. I felt like a person rather than a burden. The way you treat your patients goes a long long way. So, I just want to say thank you. You are doing an excellent job and it should be acknowledged. I will definitely recommend this facility to others."
"I just wanted to say "thank you" for giving me a call to check up on me. I really appreciate the extra care and concern. You're the best. "
"Thank you for your call to check up on our son. He is doing better. We appreciate your following up. We have been to your clinic 4-5 times now and have been nothing but impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the care we have all received. Thank you so much."
"Where to start? I came into your clinic on the 5th of January after not feeling well for about 10 days. I came in and within 30 mins, Dr Andy Van Horn had diagnosed that I had a very bad Pneumonia. He and his staff were absolutely incredible in their response. I had no idea how sick I was. Dr Van Horn called Emory and informed them I would be their shortly, gave me notes on the medication he administered for which I was to give the ER doctor, and stressed the urgency of the situation. All this being said, the staff at North Atlanta Urgent Care- specifically, Dr Van Horn, without any doubt, saved my life. Thank you hardly covers it."
"I wanted to thank you for seeing me Saturday, when I came in with chest pressure and discomfort. Taking your advice, after normal vitals, I did go to the ER. They were able to send me home as well, when my EKG and blood work came back normal. I am following up with my doctor tomorrow, because I still feel a sensation in my chest. Possibly acid reflex according to the ER doctor. I truly appreciate you sending to the hospital. It has awakened me. (Of course the IV helped) I now see that a heart attack at 23 is not on my "to-do list" and I have already made steps toward correcting this. By monitoring my eating, exercise, and stress levels I already see a better me. Thanks again! It is so comforting to know there are still individuals out there who care."
"Dr.Hayek made me feel comfortable and cared for and, despite the lateness of the hour, she showed personal interest in me. Her very presence was calming and comforting. I expected her to just come in and get it over quickly but she took the time to talk to me about my illness and listen to the additional information that I thought she should know. She even dealt with my high blood pressure health issue in addition to my primary reason for being there. I was pleased with her "bedside manner", her treatment of me, and her treatmentplan. I would go back in a heartbeat!"
"Drs. Raul and Andy, I just wanted to express again how thankful we are to you both for not only working in our friend, on Tuesday. But, also for successfully extracting the needle from her finger. This was especially great in light of the fact that three different physicians weren't able or willing to get it out. She was faced with an Emergency/Hospital room visit that would have cost her several thousand dollars (with no insurance), which she simply doesn't have. With her personal fear of hospitals, she was stressed beyond her limits, but with your kindness and expertise, she left your office the happiest and most relieved I've ever seen her! Again, we are very grateful to you both, and you can bet that we all will be singing your praises and sending as many patients to you (including me) as we can!"
"A Word of Appreciation I came into the Urgent Care Clinic on February 7 with severe abdominal pain. You sent me to have something serious evaluated further. As it turned out, I had surgery that very night for twisted colon, removing the appendix and an ovary which had also gotten involved. Many thanks for perceiving the severity of the situation and for the good advice. I am recovering nicely now, waiting to get on a plane to go home to Japan where I live."
"Dr. Klingenberg, You saw me this past Sunday. I was the grown up Eagle Scout with the poison ivy. I just wanted to write and thank you for the excellent treatment that you and your staff provided. Bianca, the nurse who helped treat me, was extremely kind as were the staffers at check in. The speed, efficiency, and door to door patient care was refreshing and helped make an unwanted trip as pleasant as possible. Please keep up your top notch work and pass along my thanks to your staffers. I am glad to report the poison ivy is mostly gone with just a few quickly fading scars. Again, I cannot thank you all enough for the excellence in care and please keep up your fantastic service. I will be recommending NAUC to anyone I know that could use you."
"I came to your urgent care clinic on Holcomb Bridge early last week with a pending sinus infection. I was concerned as was heading to Mexico for a short vacation and you were both understanding and helpful. And, right. I was feeling better by that Friday. I'm writing for two reasons. First, your clinic was the nicest urgent care facility I have been to. The staff was friendly, everyone ran on time, I was in and out within 45 minutes and the environment was not only clean and flowed well but was also esthetically pleasing. No one likes to go to the doctor and your staff and you made it seamless. Thanks and thanks again for opening a great clinic right in our neighborhood. :)"
"I just want to take a quick second to say thank you in general. I had the best experience at your office this past week. I had forgotten my insurance card, and the gentlemen (in green scrubs?) at the front desk went above and beyond to help me find my information. The nurse who took my vitals was kind and sweet. The doctor treated me quickly, and successfully, because I already feel much better. I value your office and I appreciate the work you do. "
