What Insurance Do You Take?

After you upload your information, our staff will verify your coverage. Will My Insurance Cover My Covid-19 Test?

Covid-19 testing is largely covered by insurance under the CARES Act. Many insurance companies waive associated copays. After uploading your information, our staff will be able to verify your coverage and whether there are any associated costs.

How Much Does A Covid-19 Test Cost Without Insurance?

If you do not have insurance, we offer a self-pay option for $200.

Do I Need A Rapid Covid-19 Test Or PCR Test?

Our provider will help you decide on which test is best for you during the virtual visit. Some airlines require a PCR test in order to travel. Some employers require them, as well.  PCR testing is the “gold standard” and is, to date, the most accurate. Rapid testing is a good option for those who need immediate (15 minute) results and do not specifically require a PCR test.

How Long Do Covid-19 Test Results Take?

PCR test results are available in 1-2 days, excluding holidays. Rapid test results are available in about 15 minutes.

Do I Need An Appointment To Be Seen?

You must use our appointment scheduling portal as instructed above to receive a COVID test and to be seen for any other non-COVID related illnesses and ailments.

What Is The Process For Covid-19 Testing?

The time slot you will choose using our scheduling system is to secure the appointment for the day you chose and we will assign a swabbing time after the virtual visit.

As a reminder, our process is as follows, the day of your appointment, we will verify your insurance or call to collect payment if you are a cash patient. You will receive a link on your cell phone for a virtual visit or a phone call  with our provider sometime after 8:45 am on the day you booked your appointment. Our calls for virtual visits are generally between 8:45 am to 4 pm.

During that virtual visit, you will be assigned a time to come in for your drive thru swabbing appointment between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm at the location where you booked your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE BUILDING, YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOU FOR A DRIVE-THRU SWAB BY THE PROVIDER DURING YOUR VIRTUAL VISIT.

What Do My Viral Test Results Mean For Me?

If you are told you have a positive viral test, most likely you currently have an active COVID-19 infection and you can give the virus to others. Follow instructions from your provider about isolation and when you can leave home.

If you are told you have a negative viral test, most likely you do NOT currently have an active COVID-19 infection. However, there is a small possibility the result is a false negative. Continue taking steps to protect yourself and prevent spread of the virus.

How Will I Receive My PCR Covid-19 Test Results?

When the results return in our system, we will call your cell phone.  You can also find your results by logging into the Patient Portal. If you need an email as proof of results, please let our staff know and we can provide an email copy for you.
